I say  "I am a teetotal man!"

What do I prefer?
(see below)
.

.
.
.
.

.
.
.
.
.
.
.
.
Anything ... but alcohol.

Teetotal
Abstain from the consumption of alcoholic beverages.
To desist, refrain, abstain and choose not to consume as in; "I abstain from alcohol"
"No liquor for me. I happen to be teetotal"

 He is a craven person.
There is a loud noise.

You run...
... ... What does he do?

.
.
.
.
.
.
.
.
.
.
.

.

Probably runs faster than you.
Craven means cowardly,
So he is more afraid than you.

Craven

Cowardly; fainthearted; spiritless.

´His craven heart.´ Shak.
"The poor craven bridegroom said never a word. Sir. W. Scott.
“In craven fear of the sarcasm of Dorset. Macaulay.
A recreant; a coward; a weak-hearted, spiritless fellow. See Recreant, n.
“King Henry. Is it fit this soldier keep his oath? Fluellen. He is a craven and a villain else. Shak.

Feckless

I say your painting is feckless
So... you add more flecks to it.
Did you improve it or am I too fickle?

.
.
.
.
.
.
.
.
.
.
.
.
.

You did not improve it. Feckless means lacking purpose or careless...

... adding more flecks did not help...
..... since a fleck is a small mark or dot.

Feckless
1. Lacking purpose or vitality;  feeble or ineffective.
2. Careless and irresponsible.

Fleck
1. A tiny mark or spot: flecks of mica in the rock.
2. A small bit or flake.

Trite

You say  "Two wrongs don't make a right."

I say  "That's trite."

Did I just agree with you?
.
.
.
.
.
.
.
.

.
.
.
.
Not really.   I just said that what you said is an over-used and uninteresting expression.

Trite:
Worn out; common; used until so common as to have lost novelty and interest; hackneyed; stale; as a trite remark; a trite subject.

I tell you... "The secret to success is to attenuate the positive."

You look down and see my shoes are azure.

Why do you confidently tell me I am wrong?
.
.
.
.

.
.
.
.
.
.

.
.

Attenuate means to make thinner or smaller...
... it should have been accentuate... not attenuate.
... azure means - a baby blue color
